Leaderboard and Gamification Encouraging friendly competition, the MYNTIX™ Mobile Learning Platform provides leaderboards that display employee progress. Questions and answers can be awarded points and total point earners can be displayed. Alternatively, administrator can choose to time module completion and the leaderboard can display a total score based on fastest time of completion and most points earned, testing accuracy and speed of memory.

MYNTIX™ Clients Our clients tend to be small to medium sized businesses that are looking to find more efficient ways to train their employees. With the retirement of key individuals, they’re seeing vast amounts of organizational knowledge leave with them. This transition brings with it a need to formalize their training initiatives to capture and retain their knowledge base. They also have a need to train new employees quickly, efficiently, and affordably.
Due to the size of our client organizations, it’s difficult to afford to bring in external training or to send employees out for training because they can’t replace the employee while they’re away.
